David Robinson is qualified as Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from Monash University, Melbourne in 1978 and is a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Australia and Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Airconditioning and Heating. David Robinson is registered as a Building Practitioner in the fields of both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for the states of Victoria and Queensland.
